With 2 decades working as a real estate investor, Ryan Takes pride in making a difference in peoples lives. Originating from England, Ryans expertise is sought after, and as such was honored to become a member of Forbes Business Council.
Serving on the board of a non profit, ryan can often be found on mission trips, impacting communities by building homes or serving the local communities with their needs.

As an award-winning interior architect and designer, Jessica is a master at ensuring that each property is tastefully renovated and decorated.
She is an expert at understanding the latest trends and design standards whilst also ensuring our homes remain age-appropriate and comfortable environment for our Residents.

Having spent her early working years, working for Cindy, Jessica inherited that caring compassionate heart and is always looking to do good for others.
As a mom of 2 she loves family time, especially at Disney and travelling.
Cindy is another family member being Jessica’s mother and Ryans mother-in-law.
She brings extensive experience to her position in caring for our seniors. The first thing anyone will ever tell you about Cindy is that she is always caring for and helping others and her resume is a testament to that.
Not only was she an administrator for 5 years at a 32 bedroom assisted living facility, Cindy also opened her own home for 4 years to in-home senior care and end of life care. Prior to that she ran her own daycare for 27 years. Cindy was the Executive Director of her local Chamber of Commerce and thoroughly enjoyed fundraising and helping others. Very well know and liked in the community Cindy always leaves a lasting impact on you.
Compassion is one of Cindy’s core values and it influences everything she does, working and training with our administrators and carers to ensure Silver Elite is Providing high quality care, with professional staff that are dedicated to providing our seniors with a sense of belonging in an intimate family style setting.
When Cindy is not at work, some of her favorite things include family time with her husband of 50 years, two adult daughters and their husbands and attending her four grandchildren’s many activities.
Adam has been in the new construction and remodeling industry for over 15 years.
With his drive and ambition, at the age of 25, he established his own company, which continued to thrive until moving to USA with his family in 2022
Adam brings an array of skill sets, with his business knowledge, and experience working in multiple sectors of the construction industry. He has great attention to detail, coupled with his management and people skills ensure all of our properties are completed on time and to a high standard that we are known for.
Adam is a family man who loves spending time with his family and travelling the world.
Andrea is a highly talented individual with many skill sets, and is a key asset to the team.
She continuously goes above and beyond with everything she does. Initially, Andrea joined our team as a bookkeeper, and quickly developed into our office manager role by displaying her great problem-solving and communication skills.
Today, Andrea is fully integrated across all aspects of our company. Andrea has gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the complexities that our business presents, and she continues to handle our operations with integrity and attention to detail.
In her spare time, Andrea loves returning to her native country of Columbia, spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and staying active.
James has over 30 years of experience in building and leading finance teams in domestic companies of significant operating scale and complexity.
He brings invaluable expertise as a CFO with hands-on experience in asset management, property management, funding, and investment activities.
Before joining our company, James was CFO of Vista Prairies Communities from 2002 to 2012. He was responsible for the complex finance, funding, and investment activities and profitability of 14 assisted, independent and memory care facilities, 8 skilled nursing home facilities, and 8 residential apartment buildings in various states.
Jim loves to spend his summers at the lake, boating, relaxing and enjoying his cabin
